Bonneville Multifamily Capital with its parent, Bonneville Mortgage Company, (Bonneville), is a full service mortgage banking firm. Bonneville has been in business for 35 years and has grown to become one of the leading providers of mortgage banking, mortgage brokerage, participation and equity financing, and institutional acquisition services in the West. Since 1975, Bonneville has originated in excess of $6 billion in interim and long-term loans and sales on real property throughout the United States.
Bonneville is one of the largest USDA 538 lenders in the country, closing over 100 loans over the past 4 years with an average loan size of $1.2 million. The Section 538 program provides federal government guarantees for loans made to developers for the construction or substantial renovation of multifamily housing for low and moderate income tenants in rural areas. Bonneville is MAP approved HUD/FHA lender and has significant experience with funding projects involving Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC).
Bonneville manages all aspects of construction loan accounting and disbursement control along with the process of converting loans to permanent financing. The company has worked with partners including conventional construction lenders providing gap financing, HOME funds providers, Low Income Housing Tax Credit investors, developers and equity investors through the construction process to ensure compliance with our lending commitments and prudent lending practices. Bonneville was the first Ginnie Mae issuer/servicer to securitize construction draws using Ginnie Mae’s Project Loan program and USDA’s one loan note guarantee program.
Bonneville is a MAP-approved (Multifamily Accelerated Processing) FHA lender/underwriter for multifamily loans and has active deals in process in several HUD offices in the Midwest and West.
Bonneville is also a founding member and regional owner of Q10 Capital, LLC, the nation’s fifth largest intermediary in the placement of commercial real estate capital. The Q10 Capital team is comprised of over 120 highly experienced finance professionals located in 32 offices nationwide.
